I have been bloggy friends with Jim of Suldog fame for several years. (We even met once when he purchased a crocheted item from me that he gifted to a family member. He's a cool, and thoughtful, dude no matter what he tries to make you believe!)

Each year Jim posts about the loss of Thanksgiving in the rush of retailers to get on to the Christmas season.
